I began teaching HD students at Pate Elementary (DCSD) in 1982. In 2016, our program was moved to St John's Elementary. We are proud to be a part of the SJE family. I have a Bachelor's degree in Deaf Education Atlantic Christian College, Wilson N.C - (renamed Barton College) and a Master's Degree in Teaching and Learning/Special Needs from Kaplan University.
My husband Michael and I have been married for 42 years. We have two adult children, Lindsey and Kevin and two grandsons, 6 year old Jack and 5 1/2 year old Maddux.
